Melissa was very helpful in guiding me to a particular product and during checkout, she went above and beyond my expectations.
The CVS Pharmacy on Thompson in Ventura has to be the absolute worst. The main female pharmacist clearly hates her job. She is unfriendly, not helpful, and does the bare minimum. She also gives out inaccurate information. I have called Corporate and nothing changes. Also, I told the clerk ringing up my prescription 3 times to please run it through my insurance. She totally ignored me and charged my credit card on file. Totally ridiculous.
I only use this CVS for its pharmacy and as such it is fine, although I get the impression that the most important aspect of this CVS is its pharmacy. This is shown by the popularity of its patrons, and yet it is pushed to extreme back corner of the store with a really inadequate queue area that's is often backed up. But the pharmacists are really great and, besides, it's not their fault that corporate chooses to make them work at the edges of the frontier.
