This is my first time went to the CVS store at Connecticut Ave NW in the area. The store nice clean and good customer.

The shelves are almost always bare of things you need. When the delivery comes on Wednesday crates are stacked up for several days. There is no consistent manager on charge. The staff itself is very nice as are the people in the pharmacy. But whole stretches of the shelves are empty or disorganized...razors, greeting cards, dental items, etc. . It has been this way for some time and the neighborhood relies on it. It would be a shame to lose the customers but that's the way it is heading.

This is somehow the best pharmacy within walking distance to me. It is usually okay (and still ORDERS of MAGNITUDE better than the CVS down by Giant), but today I went in to pick up my prescription and the cashier tried to joke about my name multiple times. On what planet is that okay for strangers to do that, let alone the fact this is ostensibly a professional medical environment, not gradeschool. The receipt said this was Salamah
