I live on Apache & Rural. Despite the fact that it is such a long walk, this CVS was definitely worth it. Clean, well organized. If you're walking there is also a bus stop outside where you can rest.
I tried to fill a prescription that was written for 90 days. They only gave me 30 they said the insurance wouldn't let me fill it for 90 but they did for another prescription. They wouldn't check it for me. They blew me off. I called my insurance and they said I could fill it for 90 no problem. They still wouldn't do anything about it. They shorted me by two months. I take a lot of very important medication.the less trips I have to take the better.
I've been going here for a few years but have had enough. One of the busiest corners in Tempe, so it's hard to get into the drive thru and parking lot, which is tiny and extremely crowded, have to walk in the door through the phalanx of panhandlers, Long waits and lines esp for the pharmacy, endless hold times, the pharmacy can't figure out that Liz (last name) and Elizabeth (last name) are the same people (with the same DOB and cell).
