This is the best CVS I’ve ever used! I’ve been using this location for years and everyone is happy, caring, friendly, respectful and helpful. Steph is amazing! She’s so sweet and kind. She’s very informative and great at explaining everything to people. The staff even knows me by name. What a pleasure!
I’ve previously had good experiences at this CVS. The complete disregard and lack of empathy demonstrated by this tech today. Did not explain the medications or forms they were being dispensed. After I paid and she handed me the meds told me I should’ve read the screen as she walked away. The refused to take it back even though the meds never left the counter. I had to pay twice for my child’s medication and thankfully my insurance didn’t kick it back since they just covered it in a different form. Not even a sorry for the c... read more
