I usually receive great service at this pharmacy, and the head pharmacist is phenomenal. Unfortunately, my experience with Erika, the pharmacist working on 09/27/2026, was extremely disappointing. My daughter’s antibiotic was out of stock, and instead of contacting the MinuteClinic to see if the prescription could be changed to an antibiotic they had available, Erika told me the only CVS that had it in stock was in Pembroke Pines and sent me there. This is the best CVS I’ve ever used! I’ve been using this location for years and everyone is happy, caring, friendly, respectful and helpful. Steph is amazing! She’s so sweet and kind. She’s very informative and great at explaining everything to people. The staff even knows me by name. What a pleasure!
