I love shopping at CVS and have a great experience with the helpfulness front store employees. This review is specific to the pharmacy that I have used for years. There has been a change in personnel within the last year and the customer service has diminished. To be fair, it is not all pharmacy employees but a significant number to influence my change in opinion. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone.
