pharmacy staff was extremely rude..... customer service is horrible specially a couple of the techs... not so much the pharmacist but the assistants are so rude and have no manners. I have filled my prescriptions there for approximately 15 yrs and they have always been ok but today I had the worse experience ever.

Tonight after work, I stopped at this CVS to pick up acetone for my kid so she could take off her nails. The gentleman (His name was Guy) who was working, was so helpful and sweet. He quickly found the item that we needed and was so nice. The security guard ( I didn't catch his name) was also so friendly. I really want to commend these two gentleman for their great customer service and wonderful attitudes. Thank You� Wish more people out there would give this kind of great customer service.

went to drop off my script at the local CVS and the drop off person was very helpful and told me it would be 15-20 min to wait i said ok sure, i will wait sat down and 5 mins later some short obese white Caucasian women in here mid to late 20's came up to me and said she refused to refill the script from this Spanish clinic and i asked her why she said she does not do refills from these types of doctors i said we have been going to this doctor for over 2 years and never had a problem of any kind and i been bringing my script... read more

How many times do I have to transfer my mothers prescriptions? ?? Women today wouldn't even help me, all she would say is "you have to call the pharmacy"! Hello, you are the pharmacy! Besides, I already have!? Thanks for your help. I do believe I will talk the whole family and our prescriptions and go elsewhere, obviously you don't want the business.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. I was told my medication was not available nor could they give it to Me. I was in so much pain and basically had to go around looking for a cvs that could help me. I will never due business with CVS On bonanza nor will recommend this store to anyone. Lack of professionalism and customer service.
