I took my kids to the CVS Pharmacy inside Target yesterday for their flu shots, and I’m so grateful for Gerald! He was incredibly kind and patient, taking his time to chat with them, ease their nerves, and have them count down with him. My daughter gets very anxious about shots and usually cries really hard, but she didn’t cry at all this time!
