Excellent experience every time at the CVS inside Target on Jamboree Road. The pharmacy staff is always friendly, patient, and professional, even when they are busy. Prescriptions are filled quickly, and they take the time to answer questions clearly and kindly. The store is clean, organized, and very convenient while shopping at Target. Really appreciate how efficient and helpful the whole team is — they make stressful pharmacy visits much easier. Highly recommend this location!

The automated phone answering system is horrible. You can't interrupt it to make a choice, you have to wait til it finishes talking. You cannot get a live person on the phone, you have to leave your number for a call back. The first time I gave it my date of birth it knew who I was, the second time it said my account was not found? The system needs improvement for sure.
Talking about how to improve a customer's experience.... When the world is moving towards AI assistance for everything, and when the phone is answered by a robot, the initial warm feeling in dealing with a real human being gets destroyed right away. Even though CVS may want to join the rest of the world in this practice, I think if they somehow manage to have a real human being for that initial contact, that will improve the customers' experience.
