Avoid this one. Showed up the day my medication was supposed to be refilled, and they said they couldn’t have it ready until Monday because they hadn’t ordered the pills yet. My doctor scheduled this prescription over a month ago. Now I go without meds for 3 days. Good thing I’m not a cancer patient. No apologies for their mistake. The lady behind the counter didn’t seem to care at all.
I've been going to this CVS location for years without any kind of problem. Over the weekend there was some kind of computer-related issue involving a discrepancy between the CVS system and my insurance- no human errors, just some odd hiccup that prevented insurance from covering a prescription. Disappointed in the rudeness of the pharmacist. My daughter arrived today to see if an antibiotic could be filled as the she had been told by staff at the CVS on Port Rd that the pharmacist there was sick and not filling scripts. The pharmacist at Target told her no that with all the scripts he already had to fill for today that he wouldn't get to it until tomorrow. I would think that something such as an antibiotic would without question be filled same day. Again, very disappointed.
Needed some things that only CVS had in store. Clean store well stocked . Will return in the future.
