Extremely rude and hateful. Only filled my prescription for 15 days instead of a month's worth as ORDERED BY MY DOCTOR. When my doctor's office called to clear the confusion, the pharmacy staff was extremely rude to them and said "No, they're lucky insurance is covering this at all." Needless to say even my doctor's office instructed us to go elsewhere. Great business practice, CVS. I do not live here but was visiting. I went to get help with my medications. They helped me where they could and what they could not solve they offered suggestions on where to go. Polite and helpful.
Always kind and helpful here. This Pharmacist has always been more than willing to help me. Sounds like some people would not be happy if this location did have a drive thru. Then they would want someone to bring it out to the car or do the rest of their shopping for them. Come on people, it's a Pharmacy. They fill prescriptions and you pick them up. That's it.
Avoid this one. Showed up the day my medication was supposed to be refilled, and they said they couldn’t have it ready until Monday because they hadn’t ordered the pills yet. My doctor scheduled this prescription over a month ago. Now I go without meds for 3 days. Good thing I’m not a cancer patient. No apologies for their mistake. The lady behind the counter didn’t seem to care at all.
