For a business that primarily operates as a pharmacy, they are literally the worst at being a pharmacy. Never again. Too many issues I don't even know where to start. Switching all our prescriptions to HEB.
I don't usually do this, but I have to share my daughters experience at the CVS in Schertz. We live within walking distance so when my daughter wants to get out of the house she will walk down to the CVS on 3009 or the Circle K across the street to get a drink or a beef stick. She and I are both Type I diabetics and are very knowledgeable of carb counting. Issue appropriately resolved. See details at end. So I received a $10 off coupon from Cvs on a $15 purchase if I tried their curbside service. What a joke! I've never had so many things messed up at once. 1st off there was no sign near any parking spot so I pulled up to the closest spot out front and waited 15 min for my order. I always am happy with them yes you might have to wait a bit but am greeted and acknowledged appropriately. Always go above Nf beyond if they do t have something ready.
They are so slow and leave you standing there waiting to be acknowledged! Horrible customer service
