RecommendedI just got my flu shot there and it couldn't have been easier! I registered online and when I arrived they were ready for me. My appointment was for 5:45pm. I arrived about 5:40 and was done by 5:43. I would highly recommend!
CVS has zero regard for those with disabilities. Refusing accommodations required under the American with Disabilities act. Refusing to resolve the issue because of the disabled persons request for accomidations. Will not take the matter seriously and will not take a complaint due to the persons disabilities. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. Rude, unhelpful staff. Has happened on more than 1 occasion......actually there has been problem EVERY time I go to pick up a script. Will be having ALL my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. They seriously need to get their shit together & obviously need to be taught some customer service skills. In this day & age of social media, I will make sure to spread the work how AWFUL the staff are at the S. Queen St. location.

Their pharmacy department is the absolute worst. I have dropped off a prescription and had them tell me it would be done in an hour. 5 hours later it isn't. Then they say come back in an hour. I call them 2 hours later and they tell me it is done. I go to pick it up 15 minutes after my call and they say it's not done. 2 days ago my doctor called in a prescription.
