If you value your sanity, do not ever go here. The pharmacy here is seriously BROKEN. The employees are friendly is the only nice think I can say. Your prescriptions will be late, miscoded, not billed properly, then late again....plan on waiting one hr even if your script has been there for 3 days. Obviously this store has not caught corporate eye. Im not venting over a single issue, this is each and EVERY time......
Yes, I've had yet another bad experience at the drive-through in Shrewsberry PA. Not only could Ann not pronounce one of my meds correctly, she couldn't run them through my insurance correctly either. Only a portion of my order was ready and it was supposed to be on automatic refill! This order should have been ready for pick up one week ago and it's still not right! WTH?? After moving from San Diego to New Park Pennsylvania I thought we would never get our prescriptions right. The staff at Shrewsbury CVS have really stepped up to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Melissa Black and John Emery pharmacists and their entire staff. It's also nice to be welcomed everytime we walk in the door :-) Pennsylvania is not so bad after all! Had horrible experience at Shrewsbury CVS. Dropped prescriptions off Tuesday at 3:00. Told to come back in an hour so I said 4:00 and the girl said no 5:00. Went back 48 hours later...yes two days later. Prescription still NOT ready. All they could say was they are busy, over worked and understaffed. This is unacceptable CVS.
Most times the workers are friendly, but lately they promise a prescription at a certain time only to have it not be ready when you pick it up. You end up waiting up up to 20 minutes. Very annoying as it has happened several times.
