wouldn't even give 1 star. Employees are always miserable. Act like you are bothering them. Not to mention I have issues almost every single time when trying to use coupons because their stuff is not knowledgeable and clearly doesn't know their own coupon policy. Pretty bad when the manager refuses to acknowledge items were charged incorrectly and refuses to fix it and instead tell me I'm wrong. Sad I can't use my local pharmacy and now need to drive 30 min out of my way for things

6.5 hours to fill an rx for eye drops. I’m never going to the CVS in Shrewsbury again for meds.
5 STARS for Ed the Pharmacist! My daughter had a prescription sent over via the computer, but somehow it got lost. The doctor sent another one over. He apologized for the situation, when he really didn’t need to. Things happen! Everything worked out, but it was his kindness that he showed my daughter that impressed me the most! She spoke to her and gave her some advice about her medical issue. He was funny and upbeat, while being serious and truthful. Thank you for your kindness!
This Pharmacy hung up on me three times today. I got a call from my previous doctor about prescriptions they were refilling and they used the incorrect doctor and insurance contacted them ( the doctor) to have them contact me and correct the issue with the pharmacy. The pharmacy did not want to here it they said the insurance already approved it and it was ready for pickup. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Arrive at store, no customers at all. Think, Great! I can get my meds and pick up dinner and get home quick. No. Nearly an hour later do I finally get my meds. Then get home to eat cold food and discover that I paid too much for my meds because they didn't have my new insurance info and no one bothered to tell me they needed it while I was waiting for an hour! If I could give zero stars I would! They never have my son's medication even though he needs it every 30 days and is always filled there. They never fill meds timely. They were faxing the doctor on the wrong fax number even though we have been getting refills for years. I can't wait to transfer my prescriptions.
Worst Pharmacy ever! Space I waited 3 hours for a prescription for Amoxicillin. And then the teller was so incompetent she couldn't even bring up the other picture order I had. I guess they stay in business because of their brand name. It certainly isn't due to their management or customer service.
