The cosmetics department is disgusting and unsanitary. There are lipsticks in which all the seals had been broken, there's lipstick smeared all over displays, shelves, items and on the floor. Along with eyeliners with the same problem. I will NEVER buy any cosmetics here because of this problem. Someone needs to be watching the cosmetics department. Very disappointed. I'll be buying all my makeup from Walgreens from now on.
