it always takes a long time to get my prescription.
This is the most ridiculous pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They take 3-4 hours to have your prescription ready and don’t even care to answer the phone. I waited 20 minutes to try and speak to someone and ended up hanging up the phone and called the manager. Nothing was resolved! She simply said if I went in and waited it’s faster that it would take 1 hour instead of 4! 🤣 Unfortunately they take advantage of being the only 24 hour pharmacy. So upsetting! 👎🏽
Waited 2 hrs and more for prescriptions. That is just not acceptable, next time I'll try Walgreens. This CVS has way to many people waiting for meds
So I get there make a line and they tell me meds aren't ready yet to wait a few minutes...fine i wait and go check after 15 mins and now they're ready but I have to make a line again. Maybe the pharmacy personal can be nicer to customers.
Today made a phone call to CVS pharmacy. Put on hold for 49 minutes. The justification by the employees including the pharmacist was that "we are only three staff today".
Not the first time that I have received a phone call and text to inform me that my prescriptions are ready and when I arrive to pick up, I have waited almost 20-25 min, either standing or drive thru, for my “already ready” meds.
Currently all my family's scripts are with CVS. A new store is being built in Austin TX at Manchaca and William Canon. There has been interruption of traffic for at least 3 weeks. If taxpayer roads are diverted for 1 more day, I will move my scripts. This is a major intersection and diversion is a safety hazard. I cannot think of any goid reason for continued diversion for this length of time.
Manager really needs to do something about collecting or charging in cashier faster. You can spend easily 20 mins in line to be charged something.
