this pharmacy is so slow they need more staff an a chair for disabled people so we don't have too stand 30 mins in line after just getting out of the hospital I mean it took 20 mins just too tell me if you had my prescription in stalk ridiculous
They have pricing issues recently and continue to. They acknowledged the sales when I was looking around in the store. However they refused to honor the sales price when I went to pay then they ripped the sales tags off when I was at the cash register. I left empty handed and embarrassed.
I have been using CVS Pharmacy on Hatch Road for over 10 years and not once have I ever had a problem with the people in the pharmacy or the people in the store management is great up till just the other day they Wonder new district manager or something and started cutting hours on their employees and the pharmacy was back track by 4 weeks of undue prescriptions waiting to be filled we need more pharmacy techs in that building to help fill the needs of your patients
Do not go here for prescriptions!!! Been waiting 4 hours for a prescription to be filled! Horrible service!!!
CVS Hatch Road is the worst pharmacy in the world.Just out of surgery and they had me wait 2 weeks to fill my pain meds I went back today and was told to try back Thurs.They do not care about their customers at all.I will be going back to New Vision Pharm in Turlock they care about their customers
Pharmacy staff very rude on phone. Hold times never less than 20 minutes
Waiting too long, poor customer & placed me on HOLD for 20 minutes. Cashier said because the have to take care of the people in the store first cuz they're sick. What about the people on the phone? They're sick too that's why we call first cuz we don't wanna stay there too long.
