I’ve used this pharmacy for years and after all of the attitude, rudeness, and failure to fulfill orders, I am officially done with this pharmacy. Most of the people that work there seem so miserable. I order a refill yesterday and it said it would be ready by 1:30 today. I go on my lunch break at 2 and they tell me they aren’t ready and they need 20 minutes to prepare them. The app said they were ready. I didn’t have 20 minutes to wait so now I will be without my prescription for another day.

Thursday Erica told me my prescription would be ready Friday. I told Erica I could not be in until Saturday. When I got there Saturday about 4:30 pm, I was told Erica moved to Kentucky on Friday and my prescription was not there. They said they would re-order it Monday. I asked to check the price and they refused to verify the price Erica gave me Thursday.
