Call just morning around 6:50pm and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes called back and still on hold
Been using CVS for YEARS! went to 2315 Mercury BLVD Hampton VA 23666 last night and was told I could come in a wait for an HOUR, or it would be ready in 5 days! totally unacceptable! Workers in back were laughing and talking loud about people (customers) Completely rude and if you are 5 days behind on orders, you need to call more people and techs in.
waiting times are outrageous. I been waiting since 11 for my prescription and its 5:15PM now. was told they are a day behind in filling scripts. really? that cannot be normal.
Been going here for a minute and never had any problems. Then all of a sudden I put in for a refill and get told my insurance said it was too soon to refill. After having to play phone tag with them, my doctor, and insurance. Turns out a lady at cvs tried to tell my insurance that they gave me a full script when they hadn’t and that I would have to bring old bottles in to prove that they didn’t. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Never going back.
I did pickup a prescription that I was late picking up, so not their fault. They can be inconsistent at times, but my sister in law works as a pharmacy rep, just think about the number of sick people on medicines in one area. Not an easy job, so I try to have compassion. Today I visited the Medical Clinic inside the store. I must say I was very satisfied with the service. The NP Pearl Lockett was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. This location is ok at best. Very inconsistent, with long waits being the norm for me. I would only recommend if there are no other options for your pharmaceutical needs.
Worst pharmacy service ever. This CVS is constantly busy as any other pharmacy would be; however, I do not understand as to why some of their representatives constantly have an attitude. And don't mention that you have multiple prescriptions because then they have a bigger attitude. This particular employee, caught an attitude because she was required to do her job (which btw is only to key - in information on the computer just to see if the meds are ready, then all you have to do is get and ring it up)....so I'm a bit confu... read more
