I was shopping here this evening. I ran in for one item, a spray cleaner. As I was at the self checkout the lid broke off the bottle and bleach exploded all over me. Two employees were standing there and completely ignored me. I then ran around the store trying to find someone to help. I finally found an assistant manager who accused me of dropping the bottle. Overpriced, too crowded, impossible to find parking and rude staff. Rite Aid and Walgreens are much better.
The service is so poor! I can't believe how unfriendly/rude and unwilling to help (lazy) the staff is. Both at Beverly and on Santa Monica. The systems are intended to provide efficient service but when the people working them fail, so does the system. I WILL change this time. Just tired of the continued poor service. The pharmacy not retail.
