Who ever is working the phone line must have worked as a telemarketer prior to working with the pharmacy. I randomly get a call asking when I would like to schedule my flu shot in the middle of a work day. Not even a “hello would you like to get a flu shot”, it’s a , “when would you like to schedule”. It’s the principle. Not to mention- I have not come to this cvs in over 2 years, because like other reviews would point out, they said their system closes at 6pm even though I was in line prior to that and told me to go elsewhe... read more
I received my flu shot from Diana, who was very friendly and professional throughout the process. And she made sure the shot wouldn't be too painful for me. Thanks Diana!
Not that CVS actually cares about reviews but this is for other patients… this branch has got hours better than banks… 10 am to 6 pm … If you have a typical 8-5 job and live more than 20 miles from home, you cannot pick up your medicine during week days!… and then once you arrive you need to spend 5-10 minutes to park and get inside… Today I arrived at 5:50 to pick up my medicine but there were six people ahead of me in line…, by the time it was my turn, it was 6:02pm … and they said their computer shuts down and they cannot... read more
