ANSWER THE PHONE'S IN THE PHARMACY THEY DO NOT DO THAT ANY MORE. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE STORE AND CHECK ON A MED IF IT CALLED IN. THIS PHARMACY WAS REALLY GOOD AT ONE TIME BUT NOT ANY MORE THIS IS SAD🤬🤬
They don't fill the script in a timely maner. The script was called in at 12:50 or so yesterday. Went to pick up the script at 5:30 they said it was never called in. Called the doctors office to confirm. They called CVS back this morning. Went to pick up at 4:30 still not ready. Said come back in 30 minutes. Not acceptable.
RecommendedI love my CVS. Mr. Lou did the unthinkable printing of my pics. I thought it was a lost cause. He tried a few ways and was able to hand put in each one. I thank him so much for always helping me and always very polite.
At your stores you charge $2.99 for a Monster Drink. This is about .40 more than everywhere including corner convenience stores. If that isn't ridiculous enough EVERY store around gives you 2 for $4. It's a continuous promotion by the manufacturer. Except CVS. CVS will only give you the 2 for $4 if you have one of the reward cards. I have been a customer here for 9 years and today was my last visit to the store and pharmacy. I went in for a flu shot and it took 50 minutes for the inept staff to get me paperwork and the shot. When I told the pharmacist I had been waiting 45 minutes she gave me some back talk about it not being that long. Just because she couldn't see me from where she was working didn't mean I wasn't there waiting. I won't be back. I'm a Walgreen's customer from now on.
This store grounds & bathroom are disgusting, it's hard to Believe the store is a health store, some of the pharmacy heads and associates are rude & unconcerned about customers satisfaction, after today I will not be spending any of my money there , I understand cvs is closing some of there stores cuz of low profits they definitely need to take a look at this store, (customer beware)
