Quiet night. Three pharmacists. No line. All three of them managed to make me feel like a nuisance and refused to help me pick out a vitamin for my daughter.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I've been going to this location for years & have never had an issue but after the experience I had I will NEVER return there. I went to pick up my prescription & the pharmacy manager, Scott, was so inconvenienced by me & therefore was beyond rude. The pharmacist at this location, Scott Gallagher, withheld a medication that my provider prescribed for me because he decided that I must be a drug dealer. Instead of discussing this with me or my provider, he decided to make up various lies about why my medication couldn't be filled, blaming it on insurance issues or claiming that the medication wasn't available. Cashiers better trained, error on my receipt and they refused to give me the $1.00 refund, both ladies were rude. I have had many problems with bad service and errors. Even home office could not help me, told them I will keep returning my purchases.

All the staff at the pharmacy is super friendly, nice and very helpful. I can't see myself ever going anywhere else for my scripts or over the counter.
