I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes and not 1 car has moved....this happens every time!!!

Incompetent rude and slow ALWAYS. They are as dumb as their automated system....
The pharmacy is a joke. They refuse to give me my child's prescription. Had to have the pharmacist call her doctor to approve the medication he called in. Filled one prescription under the wrong child, was rude about it. I have tried to call and speak with a district manager and they never return a phone call! If it wasn't for our insurance, I would boycott CVS all together.
Very very rude employees. I have never encountered one that was pleasing or nice. Today I encountered Irma who was very rude when I needed help with the photo center and I felt as though I was ruining her day but getting pictures that kept printing out wrong so I left. I will go elsewhere from now on.
