pharmacy has AWFUL customer service, and their "full service drive thru" is a lie
To all cvs pharmacy... you need improvements on your staff, all depts. Pharmacy help, very rude, slow, and will not answer questions properly. I feel like I'm bothering them, slow to get my prescriptions, had to come back twice, and still was not ready, this went on for months, I got fed up and changed to another pharmacy. My new Pharmacy asks how are you today soon as I walk in the door, all help is nice and wants to help me find things I'm looking for.
