Waiting on hold for over an hour on the phone regarding a prescription this is ridiculous. Hire more people to pick up the phones.
Manager needs a course in sensitivity training, threatening to call the cops bc I WAS TOLD to fill a prescription here, then inaccurate information, and refusal to refill based on absolutely inaccurate information. Disappointed and will be finding a new pharmacy.
I am a terminally ill 32year old mother of 3 and wife. Due to my 9 autoimmune diseases, every month I am prescribed narcotic medications so that I can somewhat deal with the constant pain I am in daily and be able to push being mom and wife. There is one pharmacist named FUNI who works overnight and is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Always a wait at the Rx counter. Staff at the front push you to use the automatic checkout.
Staff is generally lacking people skills , usually 20 minute wait in line , worse at drive thru. I always feel like I’m bothering them. If I get a smile or a thank you it is a good day !!!
Horrible customer service !! Rude rude rude !!! ... Waited in line for 20 minutes. Not acknowledged at all ONLY to be told my prescription was not filled because they couldn't get in touch with my insurance company, for a 8 dollar prescription !!! Been waiting over a hour for my medication now I have to get back in a long line with only 1 cashier , when all i want to do is crawl into bed and die. Way to make sick people feel worse !!!
