What is going on with customer service in this city? From USPS to grocery stores and now pharmacies, it seems like so many employees struggle to do their jobs properly or treat customers with basic courtesy. Today, I went to pick up an online order and provided my last name as usual. The clerk asked for the name again, so I showed my order confirmation email.
