What is going on with customer service in this city? From USPS to grocery stores and now pharmacies, it seems like so many employees struggle to do their jobs properly or treat customers with basic courtesy. Today, I went to pick up an online order and provided my last name as usual. The clerk asked for the name again, so I showed my order confirmation email. Just as it can be considered an act of mercy to put a pet down, the time has come to close this CVS and its pharmacy and start from scratch.
Rude and disrespectful staff at this CVS - I know things are busy but there’s no reason to have the conduct some of the staff have here.
Asian lady pharmacist was rude unhelpful and completely indifferent. She sent me looking for the medicine that they probably don’t have. And when I came back to ask for help again , she sent me back to look for it. Lady, I’m in pain. Is it hard to offer a bit of help and actually show me where it is ( if it’s even there)
