understaffed and unorganized
This location is a joke. My husband waited on the phone for 20 minutes to find out about our 16 months old sons script that was called in over 2 hours ago. I called the store manager on duty while he was on hold with the pharmacy and she basically said there was nothing she could do except transfer me back there and let them know that I was on hold but they would most likely answer my husbands call before mine. The group of individuals working in this particular pharmacy seemed to be completely inept, totally incompetent, and and unable of listening to their customers. This is the 2nd time they have been told to remove a prescription but chose to screw over a customer AGAIN. Plain and simply you suck at your profession.
NORMALLY we love the staff at CVS however today’s encounter truly disgusted me. Your pharmacist LIED directly to my face multiple times and as a result of his SHEER LAZINESS my daughter is without her medication and our vacation plans have had to be postponed while someone else does his job! I’m disgusted by your lack of work ethic and lack of compassion! YOU screwed up.
