Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
