I went to 2226 Wisconsin Ave for a minute clinic appointment I made a few days ago. I encountered the RUDEST person EVER!!!! This place seem to employ people of the street who have ZERO clue what they are doing. The guy didn't look like a professional and most certainly didn't act like one. In fact he seem to be high on something!!! He should be fired at once!!! He told me that he didn't have time for this appointment, while nobody was in front of me or waiting behind me.... I’m traveling I forgot my medicine and they looked up my prescription and had it ready in 30 minutes I love these people!
The staff at this pharmacy are incompetent, rude, inconsistent and most of all, ignorant. The pharmacy manager talks to you like you are a child, they lost my prescription twice and blamed it on me, then they proceeded to hang up on me not once, not twice, but three times. I told the idiot speaking with me I thought he was stupid and his response was to yell down the phone at me and tell me I wasn't worth his time. Just your average kind of DC 24 hour CVS. Not much going on regarding stellar customer service from front store employees.
Worst place to get photos. They can't find my Kodak order. And the print conputers are
