Why do you have a useless answering machine. Can't get a actual answer right
Unable to contact the store. robot/answering machine repeatedly would try to connect to voicemail but would just end the call. CVS app and website would NOT allow me to transfer my prescriptions. I'm visiting out here for an extended time and was frustrated with their system all the way around. Did contact the Stockdale store with some success but even the pharmacist there had issues with the CVS system. I travel a lot and need a pharmacy easier to use so maybe I'll try Walgreens.
I am not happy about the way CVS treated me. The price was doubled from when I got it before. I spoke to the pharmacist told him I wanted it transferred to Walmart. All they had to do was electronically reply to Walmart transfer request and they refused to do it. Now I have to call my Dr. To have it sent to Walmart. The payment is 10 dollars at W this is not a way to treat customers I will never return to CVS. CVS wanted 30dollars
