I’ve been using this CVS Pharmacy for about 3 years and I’m not sure if it’s just the atmosphere we live in now or if customer service is at an all time low but it’s definitely on the decline. While picking up two prescriptions, there were a total of 4 pharmacy techs working behind the counter. Now I know each one performs specific duties, but only 1 was working the pick-up counter and the line was growing rather long. This is not the first time I have gone to this cvs and one or more prescriptions were not available, and back ordered so I did not know when (if ever) I would be able to receive the prescription. It’s not the pharmacy techs fault but what is going on cvs???
