The pharmacy is usually very busy; however, when I went by the drive through after leaving my Dr’s, I needed to pickup several Rxs for my illness. They were aware that I was ill and expedited my Rxs as soon as they could. Obviously, they can’t drop their work for me or others all the time but I was SO appreciative that they showed their human side and was able to get home for bed rest. Very impressed
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They are terrible. They do not answer their phone, they lose prescriptions, they are short staffed. So many other pharmacy options. Go give another pharmacy your money. Save yourself this aggravation!
Diff. techs different day and still can't get prescription placed. Going on a week now. My nurse has called them every other day . I have 4 from this dr and a tech got 2 filled but couldn't fill other 2 till next day. Ok if nurse approved all to be filled what the hell did thy do w my refills on 2? I left Walgreens over this Now it looks like I having to find another place Between my gson and mine they run between $2,500-3500. Gson Bipolar meds are really expensive. If I could rate it 0 stars I would! I will never return to a Walgreens again in my life!!! Employees don't have any clue as to what is going on in their own store! They should be ashamed!
Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. Another issue when I tried to pick up my prescription today. Have given you ample opportunity to turn things around.......good bye CVS - hello Walgreens.
