⭐ One star because I can’t give zero. Terrible customer service. I have been trying to locate my prescriptions since Thursday, and I still haven’t received a clear explanation or a solution. All I’m told is that they haven’t heard back from the clinic, but no one clearly explains what is happening or what steps they have taken to resolve it. I came in and was waiting in line and she was being very disrespectful and unhepful with the older lady infront of me. Then when we got to the front of the line and she was giving us a lot of attitude and i felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Definitely needs some disciplinary action very. Her name waa Catherine
This is the best pharmacy around the area. The manager Adriana is always taking care of the patients and the other employees too! They always go above and beyond to fill my family’s medications and provide the best service to us. I have been coming here for over 2 years and will continue to do so. Thank you cvs
