I’ve had consistently wonderful experiences with the pharmacy technicians at this CVS for the last 5 years. Every time I pick up my prescriptions, they go above and beyond, always friendly, attentive, and patient. They take the time to make sure I understand my medications, and they do it with a genuine smile. I also want to acknowledge that I’ve seen some negative reviews lately, and I think it’s important to note that a lot of the frustration is coming from anxious customers who don’t always see the full picture.
