I waited for almost 20 minutes because the lady in front of me wasn’t sure what she needed and had difficulty explaining it. There was no one else available to help. When I politely asked how much longer it would take, the doctor became upset and told me that I would have to wait as long as necessary.At that point, I decided to leave without getting my vaccine!
The team member named DeAnna assisted me via the drive through window. Due to increased insurance costs, I was experiencing a temporary lapse in my health care coverage. DeAnna offered me a discount so I could get all the prescriptions, which I need. Without the discount, my total cost would have been almost $200. With the discount I paid $62. DeAnna was a true blessing to me! Thank you, DeAnna!
