CVS on Bolton Road needs to train their employees to be customer driven. Tried checking out and cashier checked out a person in line and I had a heavy load of items in my cart. She re-directed me to self check out and stood there and coached me on how to use the machine. Very strange to help one customer and discriminate against others. She was rude and uncaring .
