I was on hold for 32 minutes while I was at work had a customer walk in spoke two words to my customer and was hung up on as soon as the pharmacist got on the phone called back haven’t even spoken to anyone yet and I’ve been on hold for almost an hour I need a prescription filled before I get off work but because it’s NEVER ready when it’s supposed to be and it takes HOURS for a prescription to be filled I have no choice but to call ahead to make sure I’m able to get my medicine the same day! This the worst pharmacy in Augusta. disrespectful and when I called for directions on an injection they couldn't even give me information!
Is it my imagination, or are the prices at the pharmacy higher during off-hours after midnight?
The actual pharmacy offers the absolute worst customer service (or lack thereof) ever in life. They take their sweet time and by sweet time I mean they will read the latest issue of The National Enquirer, update their Facebook, order a pizza, take a shit, watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones while eating the pizza they ordered half hour ago, update their Facebook again, scratch their ass, drink a Pepsi, and finally then, God forbid, fill your prescription.
Dear CVS, If you insist on locking up 90% of your otc pain relievers (to include the cheap generic version) then please do not take over 20 minutes to respond to a customers request for said medicine. I had to choose be to work on time and sit in pain all day or be late and keep waiting. I made it to work on time (barely) so you can guess which choice I made. Horrible service. Waited an hour for my prescription and they said the phone system was messed up and did not receive my doctors call.
This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life! Every person was so rude and absolutely lazy. I wouldn't shop here if somebody paid me and will never step foot in the store again! How do they get away with telling a customer to go somewhere else because they're so lazy they do not feel like ringing someone out of a register. Completely ridiculous!
Worst service ever my prescription was called in Monday here it is Friday 721pm and I'm just getting it bc around 342pm it wasn't ready an error on CVS fault as usual. It was 6 cars in front of me but 3 pulled off. Drive thru line always long so I go inside which isn't any better. I'm really tired of doing the surveys and complaining about their services and yet nothing has been done yet. Smh. Is it just Walton Way or all CVS's? Please let me know so I can relocate.
