I think it's ridiculous that you have to wait over a week at times to get a refill. I had several doctors say that they never got the request from Cvs. I think what needs to be done is for the pharmacist need to follow up with the doctor's office when they don't get a response. Another pet peeve I have is when you ordered online and your medicines aren't ready when promise. There are a couple of the pharmacist that need to learn to be more people friendly.
