They are crooks. I bought a gift card here two weeks ago, the funds are still not on the card, and they won't issue a refund until they have completed their "research". I filed a complaint on the 16th of December, and have been fighting them since. My question for those who are thinking of doing business with CVS: do you want to be put on hold for more then two weeks after paying cash for a product or service? Just went into the store to buy emergency Band-Aids and some first aid stuff for my daughter and this store says they cannot break a $100 bill it's a CVS Pharmacy you charge well over $100 for some of the medications coming out of there so now I have to drive around to a real Pharmacy that actually has the ability to give me change what a joke

Waiting for my mother meds still!!! After the Doctor sent the perception 2 hours ago!! It not the first time they did this last time I wanted for 3 hours!! At least I know I can take back to Doctor if got bad !! The person at the counter told me i can wait for 10 minutes away from the window or come back in an hour!! The Doctor send it at 10: am it 12:45 now !! What the deal!!!!!!
