The CVS staff are normally fantastic! But I don’t like the new process of self check-ins and no interaction with the associates. Before, we were like family! Regularity asking about children and dogs and holiday plans - now it’s all robotic and no interaction. Truly they were the only reason I even go into Target now - so if this is the new way forward, I don’t have to visit Target at all. During my recent visit to CVS pharmacy, I really appreciated being called “Ms. Gwen”, the CVS tech quickly checked the status of pending prescriptions, and filled them, offered me the recent vaccinations. In these times customer service is rare but valued by senior citizens (CVS Edgewood Retail inside Target. Nice experience
Inhumanly slow. I’ve been standing in line for pickup for 20 minutes now. Nobody in the back seems to care.
I never have to wait long. Everyone is nice.
