CVS is unbelievably frustrating. They don’t answer calls, and when they do, the default answer is always “no” before they even check. Every request turns into a fight—nothing gets done without pushing back. The attitude feels like a power trip, like you’re inconveniencing them just by asking for basic service. Pharmacy runs shouldn’t be this difficult.
Great local place
I wanted to mention that I had a previous post that was a rant on how awful the customer service has been at this location. To the point I tried another location but it was too far out of the way. I dreaded coming to pick up my prescriptions. Not even being dramatic. So when they did an overhaul of their clerks I was so stoked. One in particular Meghan has been so pleasant.
