Very disappointed I remembered why I rather go to the smaller pharmacys
I went here after work the other night. The employees are nice. There was a long line to check-out, one cashier, and a customer using a stack of coupons. Another cashier was called and the line flowed much better.
Nothing like going to this damn store to pick up meds that were called in 3 days ago and get told "oh, they came in but we haven't processed them yet". So I sit and wait for them and the cashier scans my CVS card turns around for 10 seconds then looks at me again and says "do you have a CVS card?" OMG I really have to look into switching to mail order meds where I can. This is the 3rd med that they don't have in stock and I have to wait about 3 days every time! I hate this pharmacy!
Been in line for over 35 minutes at this CVS drive through. Car in front of me been at the window for over 25 minutes. Why have a drive through if you can't deal with customers. Why would one customer be at the window for this long? It's bullshit. Get your act together!. Ps. Inside isn't any better ...never been in line this long anywhere in my life. Worse part is I need the script or i would've left. Now there are cars behind me and several cars have already driven off!
Not enough pharmacy staff which makes any transaction a long affair.
John the Pharmacy Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! Where do you find these PEOPLE????? There is absolutely NO REASON for a customer to feel this way about dropping off prescriptions. Walgreen's isn't that far!!!!
There over worked need more employees. . Tired of waiting going back to mail away
Over 24 hours to fill a prescription. Attitude by employees. Customers so fed up with the service they get out of their car to pound on the drive thru window in hopes of any response after waiting for an hour.
