I purchased a Best Buy gift card from your downey ca location, when I went with the person who I had given it as a gift to use it, it showed that the card wasn’t activated, I reached out to your gift card department and after researching it CVS determined that it was activated and they don’t know why it wouldn’t work and that I should take it up with Best Buy, I call Best Buy customer service and they tell me they have no info of this card as active with money on it, your company has taken $150 from me and given me a gift ca... read more

This CVS has the worst manager ever!! ELOY is rude, lazy, and is an asshole. He argues with customers even though he was wrong for not getting their orders ready and delivered. He had no intension of apologizing and threatened to cancel my order several times. The employees there apologized for him. I feel bad for the people who has to work with him.
There's often a line, both for drop-off and pick-up of prescriptions, but they're pretty good about getting your prescription to you within 20 minutes, which is enough time to pick up essentials elsewhere in the store. Clerks are always pretty nice.
Terribly inefficient employees, awful customer service, lines for days. CVS should just close this location. It's terrible in every way.
