It's normal to wait on hold for over 15-20 min for the pharmacy to be hung up on. Not just once but twice. It takes them 4-6 hours to fill a prescription when the doctor calls it in or a refill. They are the absolute worst pharmacy and need more people working or more efficient ones. I miss Rite Aid off Alton that closed. Their pharmacists were so helpful.
