The entire staff is slow and don’t seem to value the customers time! The drive-thru is slow and always backed up. The inside is just as slow and have no desire to speed up!
Monday January 21, 2019. Every time you call the pharmacy for CVS on Cherry Road (Rock Hill, SC) no one ever answers. You have to remain on hold for times exceeding 10, 15, 20 and sometimes 30 minutes and still no one will pick up. I have been at the pharmacy numerous times, standing at the counter and heard the phone ringing and the staff will walk around, talk to each other, finish doing what they're doing - while ignoring the phone calls. Worst pharmacy ever can’t even read directions on my script then says they can’t fill it I guess they will hire anyone here....

The pace is the worst ever. Took over two hrs get 2 scripts
This place is a joke, I've been trying to get my 7 yr olds medicine for 2 days now for an ear infection but its either not ready or they are closed. The manager was no help at all and disrespectful. I will never step foot back there again. Very annoyed.
