I saw and heard huge disrespect coming out a customer’s toothless mouth to the pharmacy technicians today. The lady technician was professional to the tee, as I expected. Told the customer “oh no ma’am I do not have to tolerate disrespect like that. We will give you your script back so you can go somewhere else”. Then she turned around to the pharmacist handed over the customers rx, got the script back for said rx, handed it back to the customer told her have a nice day. Their Rx service is an assembly line and they lack flexibility. I miss being able to pick my rx provider without penalty. They would not take a request to expedite an order unless I was physically there even though I had stopped in the evening before but didn't have time to stand around there and wait 20 minutes. Never experienced that before!
These people constantly refuse to fill my sons prescription. He gets 30 pills a month which means he takes his last pill on day 30. Why make me wait until day 31 to refill such an important prescription. UGH. It was never like this before the insurance made me leave the pharmacy where people worked not just robots
The worst pharmacy service. They lost a prescription and I had to wait over an hour for three scripts when I was told it would only be 15 minutes
