The experience that I had today with CVS pharmacy has really blown my mind. I dropped my prescription off roughly around 10 AM this morning and a round 2:30pm I went to pick them up in the drive-through line. When I got home I noticed that one of my prescriptions which was in liquid form didn’t have the ingredients that’s within it listed, didn’t tell me whether it had to refrigerated or left out, nor Did it come with a measuring cup or syringe. Hey why do you take so long? Im in line at the drive thru and I'm so bored I decided to post a bad review about you. Like that's pretty bad. Also learn to answer the phone. If someone told me I was going to die unless the person I called didnt answer the phone in 20 minutes... id call you CVS. Update: someone behind me pulled away, they got fed up. Its been 30 minutes. Im the next car.
I went in with no one ahead of me and waited over 45min to be seen. Once I was seen, I was improperly diagnosed and not given strong enough antibiotics for what I had, I was just diagnosed with walking pneumonia. I have received 3 different bills for this absolutely terrible service and received the last one after the due date. I have been on the phone waiting for the next available representative for over an hour the last two days. If you ever think about going to this place…DON'T!!! On several occasions I have been to this location on Celanese Rock Hill SC and I have encountered rude cashiers (and I have names if CVS will contact me) . I even called the MOD to inform them of this. The attitude and lack of customer service is Terrible at this location.
