RecommendedThis has always been my pharmacy for the last two years, with great service & experiences every time. However, 3 weeks ago I got back surgery which was extremely painful. I left the hospital and stopped in to pick up my prescriptions, they were short on staff and running behind. Joyce at the pharmacy saw what pain I was in and rushed & filled my prescriptions; providing me with over the top service!
I have had several bad experiences with this pharmacy and chalked it up to understaffing. However, what I heard today can not be overlooked. I was talking to an employee of the pharmacy about COVID19. She said she is a higher risk citizen and didn’t think she should be working. She said she spoke to her manager about it and was told to put on a mask and gloves and get back to work. Unacceptable. Unbelievable And ridiculously irresponsible.
The staff welcomes you when you come in, they say good bye when you leave. And in between, they are helpful. The pharmacy, especially, goes above & beyond to help everybody in an efficient manner.
Had to use this location to pick up meds for sick child. Staff was polite and quick. I would use again.
Seriously the worst pharmacy ever! Incompetent or just inefficient, I can't decide....
