They are the worst pharmacy in all.of Greenville. Do not use them. I keep giving them chances and everytime I am disappointed.
This Pharmacy doesn’t care about your calls. I spent 30 Minutes holding to speak to the pharmacist. Since no one picked up, I called the MoD and talked to her. She proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy is busy and they can’t just interrupt filling a prescriptions or a call. Sorry, but I believe somewhere in my 30 minutes on hold should have been a time when it should have been my turn, eg between two prescription fills. Sad customer focus. Picked up my 2 year olds medicine. Got home and realized they DIDNT EVEN MIX IT!! Send me home with amoxicillin POWDER! Get it together 🤦🏼♀️
Pharmacist was really nice. Register clerk was slooooow! She was much to inefficient and brain dead to be working a busy pharmaceutical counter.
