I’ve been using CVS Pharmacy inside Target in Lake Elsinore for my prescriptions and pharmacy needs for quite some time, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I receive here. I would like to clarify that the review I recently submitted was not intended for the CVS pharmacy. It was specifically regarding my experience at the CVS Lakeshore front store in Lake Elsinore. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. I also want to be clear that Mamata Das, the CVS Pharmacy Manager at Target, has always provided excellent customer service. I’ve had consistently positive experiences with her and will continue doing business at that location.
Their phone system is horrible, you have to leave a voicemail to get a call back. The pharmacist are very dismissive, no help at all. They can’t even fulfill a prescription, trying to blame my doctor when my doctor never received any sort of communication from them.
I'm very happy with the cvs pharmacy in the lake elsinore inside target. Very happy with the stuff members every single person they are very professional and very helpful with all the questions they always have the right answers I will recommend it to everyone they will not going to be regretted.
