Went to CVS at 19121 Beach Blvd. Picked up my Rx from Noemi the pharmacy technician. She asked if I wanted to get my Pneumonia vaccine and shingles vaccine today. I said no thank you. I don’t do vaccines, please remove from my chart. She immediately hid behind the computer and handed me my receipt as if I was highly contagious with some kind of virus. I was offended, appalled and upset at the fact she had treated me this way. So unprofessional and clearly uneducated. Will be changing Pharmacy.!
I highly recommend this cvs to everyone. They always go the extra mile to fulfill your needs
7 years I've been going to this place an every single time it's a disappointment. Terrible service. No calls back from the pharmacy. Unstocked shelves. Cannot get a prescription transferred. Staff that cannot take responsibility wnd consistently blame others. I wish they would close this store to bring in a competitor.
Friendly staff. Always ready to help to answer questions. Store is safe and clean. Bright inside. Plenty of parking spaces.
