We have literally been stuck in the full service drive through line for two hours. They are using this line to not only test for covid but also to fill prescriptions. The service has been extremely slow and once we finally pulled up to the window there was no apology and no explanation of why all of these customers had to wait in line for so long. I do not recommend using CVS Pharmacy. The service and wait time is unreal.

i went to pick up a regular auto refill prescription, they only had 1 but within 5 minutes the 2nd one was filled.
